extra marketing support?

The right support for
the challenge in front of you.

Strategy, execution and leadership can be delivered through ongoing fractional support or a focused project. We agree the right arrangement around your priorities, your team and the outcome you need.

ONGOING / PART OF YOUR TEAM

Fractional marketing
leadership

Regular involvement and ongoing ownership.

I work alongside your team to set marketing priorities, guide delivery and review progress. The level of involvement is agreed around your business and the support you already have.

You need experienced marketing direction and someone to keep the work moving.

DEFINED SCOPE / CLEAR OUTCOME

Focused marketing
projects

An agreed piece of work with a clear finish.

We define the outcome, deliverables and timing before starting. I lead the work through to delivery and handover, whether the priority is a proposition, a campaign or a marketing plan.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

You have a specific challenge to address and want experienced help to get it done.

Talk through a project

Not sure which you need? We can start with a conversation. A focused project can be a useful first step, with ongoing support available if it makes sense.

A conversation first.
A clear plan from there.

We start with your business and the challenge you’re facing. Together, we identify whether the priority is strategy, execution, leadership or a combination, then agree what useful support would look like.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

We discuss your ambitions, immediate priorities and the support you already have. The aim is to understand where I could be useful.

  2. 02

    Define the work

If there’s a fit, we agree the outcome, scope, responsibilities, timing and fee. You know what the engagement involves before it starts.

  3. 03

    Work together

I work directly with you and the relevant people in your team, combining senior direction with practical delivery.

  4. 04

    Review progress

We review the work against the agreed priorities and measures, then decide what comes next. For projects, that includes a clear handover.

A few practical details

What should I expect from the first conversation?

We’ll discuss your business, who you need to reach, what’s getting in the way and the support you already have. A short outline of your priorities is enough to get started. If there’s a useful fit, I’ll suggest an approach and scope for you to consider.

How will you work with my team?

You work directly with me. We agree who needs to be involved, how decisions are made and how I’ll work with existing colleagues and agencies. We also discuss the time commitment, meeting rhythm and whether any on-site time would be useful.

How are fees and commitments agreed?

Fees are agreed before work starts. Projects are scoped around defined deliverables; fractional support is scoped around agreed responsibilities and the level of involvement. The proposal sets out the fee, timing, payment arrangements and how we’ll handle changes to the scope.

Someone who understands
the science and the sale.

My background spans analytical instrumentation, healthcare, speciality ingredients and international B2B marketing leadership. I understand the work involved in connecting technical capability with a customer proposition.

My recent research into AI-native chemicals and materials builds on that experience, exploring what customers buy, which evidence matters and what makes demand repeatable.

What are you
working towards?

Tell me a little about your business, the challenge you’re facing and the support you have in mind. We can work out whether there’s a useful fit.
